Therapy for neurodivergent young adults navigating real life
I work with young adults and families navigating ADHD, autism spectrum traits, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges of building a life that fits who they are.
You may be here because life feels harder than it looks from the outside.
Maybe school, work, relationships, independence, or everyday responsibilities feel overwhelming. Maybe you or your child are dealing with ADHD, autism spectrum traits, anxiety, executive functioning challenges, or a constant feeling of being out of sync with what other people seem to manage so easily. Therapy can be a place to better understand what is going on, build more self-trust, and find practical ways forward.
About Me
I specialize in working with neurodivergent young adults who are figuring out what adulthood looks like for them. Many of my clients are transitioning from high school to college, balancing school and work, or trying to find clarity during early adulthood.
My style is straightforward and grounded. I focus on helping you understand yourself, build practical coping strategies, improve executive functioning, and move toward goals that feel realistic and meaningful. I work from a trauma-informed, person-first, and neurodivergent-affirming perspective, and I respect each individual’s unique experiences and strengths.
I commonly support people with:
I offer a mix of in-person sessions in Sherman Oaks and virtual therapy for clients anywhere in California.

Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized. I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, reduce shame, and develop strategies that actually fit their lives. My goal is not to force anyone into a one-size-fits-all model, but to help them build a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and sustainable.
College Transition Family Session
For high school seniors and their parents, I provide a one-time, structured family session designed to help families prepare for the transition to college with greater clarity and confidence. Together, we’ll discuss expectations around independence, communication, mental health, and daily living skills in a supportive, guided space. These sessions are especially helpful for students who may benefit from more intentional planning, including those who are neurodivergent. The goal is to reduce stress, strengthen family alignment, and support a smoother transition into this next chapter.
In-person in Sherman Oaks and telehealth in California
I offer therapy for young adults and support for families. Sessions are available in person in Sherman Oaks and by telehealth for clients located in California.
Insurance & Out-of-Network Questions
I am an out-of-network provider. If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, the easiest first step is to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask a few specific questions about your mental health coverage.
Because plans vary, it's always best to confirm details directly with your insurer.
- ✓Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health therapy? If the answer is yes, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions.
- ✓Do I have a deductible, and has any of it been met? Some plans begin reimbursement only after you meet your out-of-network deductible.
- ✓What percentage do you reimburse for out-of-network therapy? This helps you estimate how much of each session may be reimbursed by your plan.
- ✓Is there a session limit?Ask whether there are any limits on the number of therapy sessions covered.
- ✓Do I need preauthorization? Some plans require approval before treatment in order for reimbursement to apply.
- ✓How do I submit claims for reimbursement? If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
