I specialize in working with neurodivergent young adults - people with ADHD, Autism Spectrum traits, high sensitivity, and learning differences - who are figuring out what adulthood looks like for them. Many of my clients are transitioning from high school to college, balancing school and work, or trying to find clarity during early adulthood.
My style is straightforward and grounded. I focus on helping you understand yourself, build practical coping strategies, improve executive functioning, and move toward goals that feel realistic and meaningful. I work from a trauma-informed, person-first, and neurodivergent-affirming perspective, and I respect each individual’s unique experiences and strengths.
I commonly support people with:
• ADHD
• Autism and Neurodivergence
• Anxiety
• Depression and mood challenges
• Stress related to school, work, or major life transitions
• Identity development and self-acceptance
• Executive Functioning and organization
• Burnout and overwhelm
I offer a mix of in-person sessions in Sherman Oaks and virtual therapy for clients anywhere in California.
